Replacement Eligibility
Product Eligibility
We want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
SafwanStores.com accepts complaints and replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

If your request is made within 7 days of delivery, the replacement will be processed free of charge.

After 7 days, replacement charges may apply depending on the case.
Replacement Process
Step 1: Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please send a video of the received product clearly showing the issue (faulty, incorrect, or damaged) to our customer support team at safwanstore.sa within the eligible timeframe.
Often, issues may arise from product usage, and our team will first guide you through troubleshooting steps if applicable.
If we confirm the product is defective or damaged, we will proceed with one of the following replacement options:
Option A:
You will be asked to ship the faulty or incorrect product in its original packaging (including product box and all accessories) to:
Tazah Global LLC
Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
Upon receipt of the product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days, free of charge.
Option B:
We will schedule a courier pickup within 14 working days. Please pack the item properly in its original packaging (including all accessories). The courier will collect the product and deliver a replacement.
Important Note: We do not offer replacements for items returned due to “change of mind” or if the item is not in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds at this time. All eligible cases will be handled through replacement only.
